Marty has won numerous awards in the system including Rookie of the Year (1994), three time Customer Service award, Platinum club member for 6 years and 2000 National Franchise of the Year Award. He has served on the advisory board, the mentoring program and has been featured in USA Today, Downer's Grove Reporter and College of Dupage Quarterly Newsletter.
